-------砥砺前行的舟山中学

  1921年(nian)(nian),舟山籍上海(hai)商(shang)界魁首、爱(ai)国实(shi)业家刘鸿(hong)生,旅沪(hu)商(shang)绅朱葆三等(deng)配合规(gui)画,在定海(hai)镇(zhen)鳌山下(xia)创办定海(hai)公学(xue),一(yi)所享誉百年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)黉舍今后降生,一(yi)所人(ren)(ren)材摇篮初具雏(chu)形。今后,舟隐士(shi)具备了本(ben)身真实(shi)的(de)(de)中(zhong)学(xue),起头(tou)誊(teng)写本(ben)身的(de)(de)教(jiao)导(dao)诗篇,成绩了本(ben)身的(de)(de)教(jiao)导(dao)神话。黄炎培、陶(tao)行(xing)知、陈鹤琴等(deng)教(jiao)导(dao)大(da)师(shi)为黉舍经营蓝图,曹馥山、方同源、穆丰(feng)年(nian)(nian)等(deng)着(zhe)名(ming)传授(shou)则耕作舟中(zhong),“奥运(yun)之父”王正(zheng)廷为校刊(kan)做序(xu)题(ti)跋,张骞、蔡元培、于右任等(deng)民国名(ming)流为之题(ti)写刊(kan)名(ming)。百年(nian)(nian)已逝,但任光阴若何飞(fei)逝,不变(bian)的(de)(de)是舟中(zhong)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)精力(li)与情怀,传承(cheng)的(de)(de)是舟中(zhong)的(de)(de)百年(nian)(nian)文脉。回首百年(nian)(nian)沧(cang)桑,舟中(zhong)人(ren)(ren)在时候(hou)的(de)(de)长(zhang)河中(zhong)打捞属于本(ben)身光阴及影象,品鉴(jian)着(zhe)曩昔,歆享着(zhe)此刻(ke),追梦着(zhe)将来(lai)。

饱经风雨而葱茏,历经锻淬而生辉

  历经百年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)沧桑(sang),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)办(ban)(ban)学(xue)(xue)汗青(qing)走过多(duo)少风(feng)雨,多(duo)少曲折,校(xiao)名(ming)(ming)也跟着(zhe)汗青(qing)的(de)(de)(de)沉浮而不时变更。变化(hua)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)名(ming)(ming)如同性命(ming)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)个(ge)个(ge)印(yin)记,让不着(zhe)边际舟(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)人铭刻。1921年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),舟(zhou)(zhou)山第一(yi)个(ge)古代(dai)教导中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)创(chuang)办(ban)(ban),命(ming)名(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)“定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)公(gong)学(xue)(xue)”,寄意(yi)为(wei)(wei)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)的(de)(de)(de)布(bu)衣公(gong)共(gong)后辈之黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she),设(she)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)、小学(xue)(xue)两部。延至1927年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),因高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)开办(ban)(ban),更名(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)“私立(li)(li)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)低级(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”,到1934年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)再次(ci)(ci)更名(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)“定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)县(xian)私立(li)(li)舟(zhou)(zhou)山低级(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”。1939年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),日寇占(zhan)据(ju)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)自(zi)愿迁往上(shang)海(hai)(hai),与(yu)上(shang)海(hai)(hai)、苏南、浙(zhe)(zhe)西等地(di)18所(suo)(suo)私立(li)(li)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)联办(ban)(ban),并称为(wei)(wei)“上(shang)海(hai)(hai)市(shi)私立(li)(li)华(hua)东结合中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”。1942年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),又在(zai)舟(zhou)(zhou)山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)旧址创(chuang)办(ban)(ban)“昌国(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”,持续传承舟(zhou)(zhou)山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)不朽的(de)(de)(de)文脉(mai)。抗日战斗成(cheng)功后,黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)再次(ci)(ci)更名(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)“定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)县(xian)立(li)(li)低级(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”。新(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)的(de)(de)(de)建立(li)(li),为(wei)(wei)舟(zhou)(zhou)山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)生长(zhang)供给了新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)契机,1950年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)生长(zhang)为(wei)(wei)完整中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue),校(xiao)名(ming)(ming)更名(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)“浙(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)(jiang)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)县(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”,1958年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)9月,更名(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)“浙(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)(jiang)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)舟(zhou)(zhou)山县(xian)第一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”,1960年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)被(bei)列为(wei)(wei)全省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)16所(suo)(suo)重点中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)之一(yi)。1962年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)正(zheng)式命(ming)名(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)“浙(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)(jiang)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)舟(zhou)(zhou)山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”,相(xiang)沿(yan)至今。1981年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)被(bei)评为(wei)(wei)浙(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)(jiang)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)首批18所(suo)(suo)重点中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)之一(yi),1996年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)被(bei)认定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)为(wei)(wei)浙(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)(jiang)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)级(ji)重点中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)。因古迹生长(zhang),本来的(de)(de)(de)办(ban)(ban)学(xue)(xue)空(kong)间已不能(neng)顺应新(xin)时期的(de)(de)(de)教导生长(zhang)请求。2012年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)3月黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)从定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)海(hai)(hai)昌国(guo)路5号迁至新(xin)城定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)沈(shen)路285号,一(yi)所(suo)(suo)古代(dai)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)耸(song)峙(zhi)于东海(hai)(hai)之滨。新(xin)校(xiao)区占(zhan)地(di)236亩,修(xiu)建面(mian)积(ji)6.77万(wan)平方(fang)米,校(xiao)园修(xiu)建中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西合璧,透视(shi)着(zhe)灵气(qi)和(he)聪明。校(xiao)园情况美(mei)好高(gao)雅,举措措施(shi)功效齐(qi)备。此刻的(de)(de)(de)舟(zhou)(zhou)山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)已是一(yi)所(suo)(suo)具备书香气(qi)、人文性、生态化(hua)、聪明型、佳构式的(de)(de)(de)古代(dai)化(hua)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)。2014年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)被(bei)确以为(wei)(wei)浙(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)(jiang)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)级(ji)通(tong)俗高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)特点树(shu)模黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)(she)。

承袭文化而不怠,铸就将来而不时

  黉舍饱经(jing)风(feng)雨而越发葱茏,历经(jing)锻淬更(geng)熠熠生辉,东(dong)海之滨(bin)不老的(de)教(jiao)导神话(hua)得(de)益(yi)于(yu)(yu)“博(bo)(bo)爱(ai)”校训沿(yan)承,得(de)益(yi)于(yu)(yu)“从(cong)严务实、开(kai)辟立异”校风(feng)的(de)苦守(shou),得(de)益(yi)于(yu)(yu)“文理偏重、统筹(chou)拿手、面向国际、多元拓展”办(ban)学理念的(de)掌控。由于(yu)(yu)只要文脉根底深挚,方有枝繁叶茂;只要文化博(bo)(bo)识有容,才(cai)有不世之功。

  【校训】“博爱”是中西文化配合的精华。“博爱”是首任校长董景安师长教员在1927年离校时提出的训导之言,倡导“上课时取其严酷,散学后取自在”、“师长教员自动教导”。黉舍以“博爱”作为校训,既是汗青的见证,又是文化的表现,更是黉舍生生不时的能源和源泉,鼓励着一代又一代舟中人在教导的陆地中披荆斩棘,奋勇抢先。跟着时期脚步的不时进步,博爱的校训也随之生长丰硕,顺应着时期的乐律。基于今世社会对人材的综合素养的请求,“博爱”的内涵已扩大为“博学”、“博才”、“博识”,兼具“社会之爱”与“天然之爱”。“博学”首要指博识的学科根本常识,并开端突破文理学科的常识边界。“博才”首要指以思惟力、立异力、带领力为焦点的各种根基能力。“博识”首要指以健全的心思特点、准确的代价观、环球化视线为焦点的看法认识。“社会之爱”首要指爱本身、爱别人、爱国度为焦点的根基感情。“天然之爱”首要指人与天然协调相处的根基感情。“博学”“博才”“博识”三者慢慢递进又彼此容纳;“社会之爱”“天然之爱”彼此补充又彼此增进,是对“博爱”内涵的今世解读,成为我校培养方针的内核。

  【校风】从严务实,开辟立异 。“从严务实”是黉舍的良好传统,既稀释了黉舍办学、治学、汗青经历,又对师生言前进行了鞭笞。黉舍以“严”为导向,强化轨制办理,完成松散办学。教员则遵守教导讲授纪律,松散治学。师长教员则严酷请求本身,脚结壮地求真知,做真人。立异是黉舍生长的不竭能源,黉舍以立异的理念为指导,以开辟的锐气求生长,晋升焦点合作力,建立特点品牌,成绩教导之功。

  【教风】严爱融教,笃实敬业。教员将严酷与博爱无机地融在教导讲授中。爱是“严”的动身点和归宿,严是“爱”的渗入和折射。教员做到严而无方勤育人,严而有度规其行,严而有恒出高徒。教员承传孔子“博爱众,而亲仁”的思惟,对师长教员以爱动其情,至心庇护心灵;教员要勤于笃实,构成结壮当真的讲授气概,切身理论的干事立场,扎结壮实,一步一个足迹。教员以敬业为指导,富有对教导古迹的热忱和固执,富有对教书育野生作的专一和苦守。

  【学风】 诚笃尚礼,学思至精。师长教员为人肄业当以诚笃为根本,立品处世当尚礼为要法。诚笃是肄业立场,诚信结壮;尚礼是肄业内容,周全生长。学为基,师长教员自动进修,能力成绩常识的博识;思为升,师长教员长于思虑,能力发掘常识的深度。学而不思则罔,思而不学则殆,学思相融,方能到达进修的至精境地。

不辍耕作而无悔,采撷硕果而觉爽

  舟山(shan)中(zhong)学(xue)(xue)历(li)经患难,几历(li)演化(hua),承受了(le)汗青风雨的(de)浸礼,在舟山(shan)这片(pian)饱经沧(cang)桑(sang)的(de)地盘上生(sheng)长(zhang)、生(sheng)长(zhang)、强大,培养出(chu)(chu)了(le)多(duo)量官场栋梁(liang),商界精英,学(xue)(xue)界肱骨(gu)。陈毅元帅在1949年11月与返国的(de)刘鸿生(sheng)师(shi)长(zhang)教员会晤时(shi),称舟山(shan)中(zhong)学(xue)(xue)是“反动的(de)摇篮”,这既是对刘鸿生(sheng)师(shi)长(zhang)教员为抗战作出(chu)(chu)的(de)功勋的(de)最(zui)中(zhong)肯(ken)而客观(guan)的(de)评估(gu),也(ye)是对舟山(shan)中(zhong)学(xue)(xue)为抗战和新(xin)四军作出(chu)(chu)的(de)进献的(de)由衷赞美。

  “博爱”校训谱(pu)写了(le)富(fu)丽的(de)乐章(zhang),多元(yuan)办学成绩(ji)了(le)不朽的(de)传奇。规复高(gao)考后,舟山(shan)中学办学事迹飞速生长,师长教员素养稳步晋升(sheng)。1990年稀(xi)有据统计(ji)以来(lai),舟山(shan)中学共有4名同(tong)(tong)窗(chuang)取得浙(zhe)江省高(gao)考状(zhuang)元(yuan),44名同(tong)(tong)窗(chuang)高(gao)考绩(ji)绩(ji)位居省前(qian)十,182人被(bei)(bei)清华北大(da)登科(ke),重(zhong)点登科(ke)率不变在90%以上,居浙(zhe)江省同(tong)(tong)类(lei)黉(hong)舍前(qian)茅。仅就2001年以来(lai),黉(hong)舍在天下数(shu)、理、化、生、信(xin)息手艺比赛(浙(zhe)江赛区)中获(huo)(huo)一、二(er)等奖的(de)有350余人次,在省级(ji)及(ji)以上的(de)各种(zhong)学科(ke)比赛中每一年获(huo)(huo)奖150余人次。出格(ge)是2011届,朱文静(jing)同(tong)(tong)窗(chuang)获(huo)(huo)全省文科(ke)状(zhuang)元(yuan),余乔升(sheng)同(tong)(tong)窗(chuang)获(huo)(huo)全省文科(ke)第三(san)名,缔(di)造(zao)了(le)我校二(er)十年来(lai)初次文文科(ke)同(tong)(tong)时进入全省前(qian)五名的(de)佳绩(ji)。2017年首届新高(gao)考完(wan)成开门红,一段率到(dao)达(da)95.19%,有264名同(tong)(tong)窗(chuang)被(bei)(bei)211大(da)学登科(ke),157名同(tong)(tong)窗(chuang)被(bei)(bei)985大(da)学登科(ke),再次缔(di)造(zao)了(le)高(gao)考古迹。

  同时(shi),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍前(qian)后取得(de) “省级(ji)文(wen)化单(dan)元”“省文(wen)化黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍”“浙(zhe)江省协调校(xiao)(xiao)园”“浙(zhe)江省古代教(jiao)导手艺尝试黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍”“浙(zhe)江省教(jiao)导迷(mi)信(xin)(xin)研(yan)讨百强黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍”“首批浙(zhe)江省数字校(xiao)(xiao)园树(shu)模扶植黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍”“天(tian)(tian)下(xia)精力文(wen)化扶植任(ren)务进步(bu)前(qian)辈单(dan)元”“天(tian)(tian)下(xia)中(zhong)小学(xue)党(dang)建(jian)任(ren)务科研(yan)进步(bu)前(qian)辈单(dan)元”“天(tian)(tian)下(xia)生态(tai)文(wen)化教(jiao)导特点(dian)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍”“天(tian)(tian)下(xia)特点(dian)中(zhong)学(xue)”“天(tian)(tian)下(xia)第三(san)届协调校(xiao)(xiao)园进步(bu)前(qian)辈黉(hong)(hong)(hong)舍”“教(jiao)导部(bu)第一批信(xin)(xin)息化试点(dian)单(dan)元”“天(tian)(tian)下(xia)语(yu)文(wen)教(jiao)改树(shu)模校(xiao)(xiao)”“天(tian)(tian)下(xia)优异百佳校(xiao)(xiao)园电(dian)视台”等多项(xiang)省级(ji)及国(guo)度(du)级(ji)声誉,2013年、2017年两次被评为“天(tian)(tian)下(xia)百强中(zhong)学(xue)”。

  黉舍(she)重(zhong)视师长教员综合素(su)养生长,构建多元讲授形式,建立了(le)“高品质、树模性、有(you)特(te)点、古代(dai)化的(de)省内一流、天下(xia)著名(ming)黉舍(she)”久远办(ban)学方(fang)针,并(bing)正加速推动浙江省古代(dai)化黉舍(she)建立。这一方(fang)针,既是(shi)舟(zhou)中百年汗青传承的(de)内涵驱动的(de)成果(guo),也是(shi)群(qun)岛新区逾(yu)越式生长的(de)客观需要。愈来(lai)愈多“胸有(you)大气(qi),身有(you)邪(xie)气(qi),腹有(you)文气(qi),心(xin)有(you)灵气(qi)”的(de)高本(ben)质舟(zhou)中人材从(cong)这里走(zou)向(xiang)远方(fang)。
